Located in Busan, Korea, BIBIJAE is a restaurant which seeks to elevate one of Korea's national dishes, bibimbap. Nestled in a quiet street, a stone's throw from tourist hotspot Gwangan Beach, the restaurant opened its doors in October 2022.
In February 2025, BIBIJAE was awarded a coveted Bib Gourmand on the Michelin Guide.
